About Us

Woozle blog documents my current interests, projects and volunteering complimenting my youtube channel. We commenced a tiny house build in 2021 converting a detached double garage into a granny annex of about 25msq. You can follow our planning, building and feedback of tools and equipment as we progress.
My interest in cookery comes from where as a child I was competing in ‘young cook of the year’ and appeared on TV and radio. I have had some recipes published and worked with top chef’s. Early in my career I worked in the hospitality industry.
My other interests include boating, European travelling and technology.
