PRONSTOOR Teleprompter: cheap but poor quality

Pronstoor teleprompter

I recently purchased the PRONSTOOR Teleprompter Kit Portable Inscriber Mobile Phone Teleprompter Artifact Video With Remote Control for Phone and DSLR Recording, and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The product simply did not work for me, and I regret my purchase.

Firstly, the teleprompter did not clamp together around the DSLR screw on lens cap on my Lumix G80. This made it impossible to use with my camera, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the app supplied with the product did not even exist on their website. I was unable to find any information or assistance regarding this issue, which was a major letdown.

Furthermore, the instructions provided with the product were incomplete and missed a step for DSLR owners. As a result, I had to spend a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to use the product properly, which was incredibly frustrating.

Even when I did manage to get the teleprompter set up, I found that the screen was askew to the text. This made it difficult to read and use, which was incredibly frustrating. It was clear that the product was not well-designed, and it was not worth the money that I spent on it.

Finally, I found that the teleprompter did not fit on the stand with the all-in-one desktop studio due to the handles on the tripod mounts. This made it difficult to use the product in the way that I had intended, which was incredibly disappointing.

Overall, I would not recommend the PRONSTOOR Teleprompter Kit Portable Inscriber Mobile Phone Teleprompter Artifact Video With Remote Control for Phone and DSLR Recording to anyone. The product simply did not work for me, and I believe that there are much better options available on the market.
